We use the Speed Stacks a few times in PE every school year, run a school club, and host a major tournament with schools from around the board. Some of our students have their own cups, so they can do these activities at home. If your child does not have cups, try some of those plastic cups that are popular at BBQs.

Go Noodle is one of the most popular websites used by our classroom teachers to get students active during the school day. I even project it on the wall of the gym so that students can move and dance along with the amazing videos.

Here are a few apps that I learned about from some Physical Education webinars:
Swork It - I have used this one for years at school, projecting it on the wall. It is great for the whole family, but also has a kids version.
Sweat Deck - assign specific exercises to different suits of a deck of cards and then make your way through the deck.
Workout Producer - allows you to create your own workout routine.
Cosmic Kids Yoga - good mindfulness and stretching exercises for younger students
Just Dance Now - the video game that kids love to dance to.
